They don't just try to sale you a bike , they try to give you advice on a bike that might be suited to fit you and don't pressure you into buying they let you make the decision based off the information they can provide you with . On 7/13/23 while on a long road trip, one of the bike experienced major problems. Fortunately, we were able to make it to this dealership just moments before it closed. The team at this location showed total disregard for closing time by staying on site until our issue was totally resolved. These guys went above and beyond to help us and insure our safety on the road. I would like to thank Ryan, Phillip, Nathan, and Colton for providing what customer should be, "exceptional service". Purchased a 2021 CVO Road Glide. Jacob (Finance) and JT (Sales) made this happen, answered all my questions, and upfront with me the entire time. Just an overall excellent experience. Hats off to the service department for getting the shocks put on the bike without a long wait.

I just wanted to say a few words about this dealership . First I just purchased a 2020 Road Glide limited they didnt have the color I wanted but within a hour they found me one and went and picked it up .when my bike arrived it was more than I could have hoped for they had hit the jackpot on this one with me and made my buying experience easy all involved were great but this doesnt end my story after taking it home and breaking it in I brought it back to get my thousand mile service service told me that an update had to also be done which was no problem but when updating something went wrong which was beyond their control I will add so a new part had to be ordered . They ordered it and like me they waited on it for four weeks now I was starting to get a little upset over the the whole thing but I also understood it was not their fault but it wasnt mine either so I went and down to have a talk with all that were involved and I would call names but there are too many to name from management to sales to service everyone of them made me feel at ease and was very respectful and understand to my complaints but Harley Davidson finally came through with the part they got my bike fixed its good as new now . I would just like end this by saying that the dealership as a whole from top to bottom has gone out of their way to take care of me ,we as customers have to understand that things happen out of their control and this dealership is going to do whatever it takes to make it right so this my dealership for life and a big Roll Tide to T Town Harley Davidson !!

If I had to break down this was the place. Heading to Philadelphia when we spun a bearing on the trailer. Shane Turrisi drove over to see if he could help. Had to leave the trailer in Tuscaloosa Alabama and could not drive both vehicles. T-Town Harley stored my bike till I came back through a week later. Not only was there no storage charge but the bike was washed. We bought a couple of items to show our gratitude and support. Will stop there on our next time through Alabama. Great experience. Service guy Ben was absolutely awesome so helpful. We had a flat tire and got the bike towed. He told me on the phone that he would put everything else to the side to get me fixed and back on th road since I was traveling. And got a complementary wash and wax while we waited.

I called in and spoke with Vicki in the service department to get pricing on some service work to my 2012 V-Rod. Miss Vicki was very kind, professional, and thorough directing me on what needed done, and what the costs would be for the service. I have called other places, and did not get the same treatment. My previous bike was totaled in August of 2016 due to a flood during which we also received 5 feet of water in our home. On the 1st anniversary of the flood, I stopped with my family to visit the dealership while traveling. I had no intention of buying a bike, but as luck would have it T-Town had the perfect bike for me! Road to T-Town Harley, to visit. Getting the bikes cleaned up and my 2011 Heritage Softail refused to crank. Well, ended up leaving with them on 9-2-16 and they were finished and I picked it up on 9-6-16. Friendly and Professional Staff as those at the Heart of Dixie Harley. These guys are top notch. I have rode all my life and on a Harley for 25 plus years. I have been to dealerships from the east coast to Hawaii. These guys just might be the Best I have had business dealings with. They had a large inventory for me to chose from and finally decided on a Softail Slim in black. From the time I decided on the scoot, I was on the road in less than 2 hours. Greg, the salesman, was on top of everything. He handled sale, worked out the financing, got me insurance(this really impressed), serviced, and ready to ride.

I just cannot say enough about these guys. The GM, finance guy, they knew their business and how to help me. I saved some serious bank, great out the door price. Total satisfaction.
